Lane Nevils,
Yondan
Mr. Nevils has over 20 years experience teaching karate and is a five time U.S. National Team member, 1997 U.S. National Kumite Champion,
and 2007 U.S. National Kata Champion. He has trained and competed throughout the U.S., Europe and Japan. Mr. Nevils is a student of Sensei T. Mikami, 8th Degree Black Belt and former All Japan Kumite and All Japan Kata Champion.
He is a JKA certified instructor. |

Rose Shuff,
Nidan
Ms. Shuff started training shotokan karate in 1981. She has
over 20 years of experience teaching karate and is a former U.S. National Team member.
She represented U.S. competing in 1994 5th JKA Shotocup held in
Philadelphia. She has competed in regional, national, and international
level tournaments. She won National Collegiate Champion in both kata
and kumite in her category in 1993. |

Nidan
Mr. Junot started training shotokan karate in 1996. He has
many years of experience teaching karate. He has competed in
regional and national level tournaments. He is a JKA certified Judge. |

Reggie Buck,
Nidan
Mr. Buck started training shotokan karate in 1997. He has
many years of experience teaching karate. He has competed in
regional and national level tournaments. |

Soon Yeoh, Sandan
Mr. Yeoh is from Malaysia. He is currently working
for a local offshore engineering consulting firm as a structural engineer.
He has been training Shotokan karate for many years. He has
competed in regional and national level tournaments. He is
a JKA certified Judge. |

Holly Damico, Nidan
Holly Damico is the primary instructor for the
Kids Class at Lafayette Karate Club. She completed Nidan (2nd
Degree) ranking in 2007. She has
competed in regional and national level tournaments. During
the day, she is a speech-language pathologist with a clinical
specialty in language and literacy development and is the Director
of the Speech, Language and Hearing Center at the University of
Louisiana at Lafayette. |
