Lafayette Karate Club WINS BIG at 58th All South Championships,
Saturday April 20th!!

Lafayette Karate Club was honored to be awarded the Cathy Lombard Jarushi SPIRIT AWARD at the 58th All South Championships 2024 in Kenner this weekend!
Also many, many well deserved CONGRATULATIONS go to Sensei Brandin Jefferson, member of the JKA USA National team, who took home a FIRST PLACE medal in Adult Men’s Black Belt Kumite and a Third Place medal in Adult Men’s Black Belt kata at this weekend’s All South Championships in Kenner! OUTSTANDING!
LKC Warriors – It’s Tournament Season!
Here’s the first head’s up on the next upcoming Tournament Championships, this time at the Ponchatoula Karate Center on Saturday May 11th, 2024.

I would like to invite you and your students to the 2024 AAU Super Regional Championships! This will be held on May 11th at the Ponchatoula Area Rec Park. This is a qualifier for the 2024 AAU Nationals in Fort Lauderdale Florida July 4th – 8th. Below you will find the attached documents for the event. Competitors can fill out the form, scan and email, do the online registration below, or simply put it in the mail.
Individual Events Include:

*Kobudo
*Kumite

The best location to stay would be by the Hammond Square Mall which is only 2 miles from the event.
